Music has always been at the heart of Dave. His journey began at just 15 years old, cutting his teeth on vinyl decks in a friend’s bedroom, learning the craft the old-school way. After a long break from the scene, he reignited his passion in 2009 — a comeback that would set the tone for a career built on energy, versatility, and unforgettable dancefloor moments.

His first official gig came at a working men’s club, raising over £1,700 for Help for Heroes — proof from day one that music had the power to move people in more ways than one. From there, Dave hustled by handing out mix CDs and booking private events, which quickly snowballed into his first Wigan residency, spanning over two years across three venues.

Between 2011 and 2015, alongside his club work, he also became a trusted name in the private events scene, facilitating countless weddings, birthdays, and corporate events. This dual experience gave him a rare balance — able to command underground dancefloors while also mastering the art of personal celebrations.

By 2013, his profile was rising fast. He secured a residency at Surfers Wigan, before making waves in the Corona UK DJ competition, where he won the Northern regional final. This led to an invitation to the Mixmag DJ Lab, followed by a career-defining moment: playing The Monastery, Manchester, on stage with John Dahlbäck, competing for a coveted Ibiza slot. He narrowly missed the prize, but the experience lit an even bigger fire.

In 2014, that dream of playing abroad came true when he won the chance to perform at the legendary BCM Mallorca, supporting none other than Example. That same year, he also earned a prestigious slot at Ministry of Sound’s 103 Room in London, finishing as runner-up in a national DJ competition — further proof of his rising reputation across the UK. Around the same time, the Surfers project evolved into The Hub Wigan, where he held residency for 18 months.

By 2015, his club career hit another milestone when he became Saturday resident at Attic Wigan, while also taking on the Friday night residency at Liquid Oldham (2015–2016). At that time, Liquid was booming, regularly hosting international headliners such as Chris Lake, Anton Powers, Sigala, Joel Corry, and many more — giving Dave the chance to showcase his skills alongside some of the biggest names in dance music.

In 2016, his reputation as not only a DJ but also a curator grew. Alongside a close friend, he hosted a stage at Mint Festival under Catalytic Events, running their own tent and delivering an unforgettable festival experience. This success opened doors to hosting Room 3 at Victoria Warehouse for several events, cementing his standing as both a performer and a platform-builder within the scene.

From 2016 onward, Dave transitioned fully into Friday nights at Attic Wigan, where he remained a resident for an incredible 8 years. Here, he not only rocked weekly crowds but also gave back to the scene by launching the Presents Project, a platform that gave over 100 upcoming DJs their first taste of the club stage.

Meanwhile, his talent caught the attention of major promoters. From 2014 to 2016, he also landed a residency at Victoria Warehouse, Manchester, with Composit Music, performing at huge arena shows alongside global heavyweights like Steve Aoki, Nicky Romero, Hardwell, Afrojack, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, NERVO, Eddie Halliwell, and many more.

After the pandemic reshaped nightlife, Dave adapted, moving into the commercial club scene with a residency at Reef Wigan, which he held until mid-2024. But with his roots always set in connection and creativity, he took a bold new step in April 2024, investing in his own professional kit to return to his passion for private events. Today, he’s become a sought-after wedding and events DJ, bringing the same energy and precision from the clubs into unforgettable celebrations — whether it’s weddings, birthdays, engagements, or corporate parties.

From bedroom decks to international stages, from grassroots residencies to arena shows, Dave has lived and breathed every corner of the DJ world. With his rebrand now underway, he’s ready to blend his history in underground and commercial music with his vibrant, modern vision — creating moments on the dancefloor that last long after the lights come up.
