
TERMS OF SERVICE
1. Booking & Payment
- Your booking is confirmed and the date is secure once the deposit is received – Payment of the deposit also confirms your understanding and agreement of this Booking Agreement/ Invoice.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 28 days prior to the event date.
2. Cancellations
- If the Client cancels more than 28 days before the event no further payment is required.
- If the client cancels within 28 days of the event, the full fee is payable/ retained.
- If I (the DJ) cancel due to any event arising outside of my control, every effort will be made to find a replacement DJ. The DJ will be a professional DJ with as similar style and setup as myself, and a full handover provided. Should this not be possible to facilitate, then all payments, including deposit, will be refunded in full.
3. Performance Requirements
- The Client will assure a safe and suitable performance area with adequate power supply.
- The Client is responsible for assuring any required venue licenses or permissions.
- The DJ reserves the right to stop performance if safety of guests, equipment, or the DJ is at risk.
4. Music & Requests
- A playlist from the client can be supplied to gauge a feel for the night.
- A further meeting will be arranged to discuss Entry Music, First Dance, Other Dance Requests and logistics etc. (Weddings)
- The DJ will accommodate requests where possible through a night.
- The DJ is not responsible for any restrictions on volume whereby a venue has a sound limiter/ audio restriction installed.
5. Liability
- The Client is liable for any damages to DJ equipment caused by guests.
- The DJ is not responsible for indirect losses caused by event issues outside of their control.
